Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Homenique Decor delivers your order. We deliver across Kenya from our base in Thika Town, Kenya.

Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide across Kenya — within Nairobi and to upcountry towns. For remote areas or very large items, we may contact you to arrange the best delivery option.

Delivery times

• Nairobi and surrounding areas: typically 2–4 working days.
• Upcountry and other regions: typically 5–7 working days.
• Made-to-order and large furniture items may take longer; we will give you an estimate at checkout or by message.

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order is dispatched and are not guaranteed. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment on working days.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, or quoted separately for large and bulky items. Any applicable fee is shown before you pay.

Sharing your delivery location

After payment you can share your exact delivery location — by dropping a pin on a map or entering an address — so we can deliver to the right place. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.

Tracking & updates

You will receive updates about your order and delivery by SMS and/or email, including when your order is on its way.

Receiving your order

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged or incorrect, note it and contact us within 48 hours so we can put it right. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered.

Failed or missed deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or the address is incorrect, we will contact you to rearrange. Additional delivery attempts may incur a further fee.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control (weather, traffic, or courier issues) may cause delays. We will keep you informed and do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.
