These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Homenique Decor website and your purchase of products from us. Homenique Decor operates from Thika Town, Kenya. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Products & pricing

We take care to describe and price our products accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images due to screens and the natural variation of materials such as wood, stone, and textiles. Prices are shown in Kenya Shillings (KES) and, where applicable, include VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Orders & acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and we will refund any payment already made.

Payment

We accept payment through M-Pesa and Paystack (card, bank, and mobile money). Payment must be completed before your order is dispatched. Payments are processed securely by our providers; we do not store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver across Kenya. Estimated delivery times and any fees are shown at checkout or quoted for large items. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please provide accurate delivery details; you may be asked to share a delivery location after payment.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Homenique Decor or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts. We will always try to resolve any issue with you directly and fairly first.
